These fees and rates are for services or facilities made available to the cardholder and for the maintenance and administration of any balance or transaction on the card. These are the applicable fees and rates as of July 1, 2019.
0% Installment

Avail of the 0% installment program from a wide range of merchant establishments. Use the installment facility to pay big ticket items like appliances, gadgets, tuition, hospital bills, travel fare and accommodations at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 monthly installment terms.
REAL TIME REDEMPTION

Now you can use your earned Shopping Points to pay for up to 50% of your purchases at any Robinsons store. 1 Shopping Point is equivalent to P1. The balance must be charged to your Robinsons Mastercard. You may inquire your available Shopping Points from the cashier via a Metrobank Card terminal.
Robinsons Credit Back Option
- Get to Buy for FREE by availing of the Credit Back option. For a minimum of P500 Shopping Points, you may request for conversion of your earned points to cash that will be credited back to your Robinsons Mastercard. 500 Shopping Points is equivalent to a P250 cash credit.
- To avail, simply call the 24-hour Robinsons Mastercard Customer Service at 898-7088. You must have a minimum accumulated transaction of P500 within the last 30 days with any Robinsons store.

Robinsons Rewards Card
Robinsons Rewards – the loyalty program of the Robinsons Retail Group – allows members to use their points to pay for purchases in participating Robinsons stores and partner merchant establishments. 2 Shopping Points is equivalent to 1 Robinsons Rewards Point, which is equivalent to P1.
To convert, simply call the 24-hour Robinsons Mastercard Customer Service at 898-7088. You may check your Robinsons Rewards Points by sending an email to [email protected], by downloading the Robinsons Rewards mobile app or through the cashier of participating Robinsons stores.
