Responsibilities

The position is responsible for the timely and accurate handling of regular requests and transactions under assigned process/es:

• Installment (Balance Transfer and Cash2Go) Processing
• Rewards Redemption
• Bills2Pay Enrollment and Billings

Span of Control

No Direct Reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business related courses, from a college/university
• Must be proficient with MS Office Applications such as MS Excel
• Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage
• Willing to extend work hours due to business exigencies
