Department – Unit: Credit Acquisition

Responsibilities

The jobholder is tasked to deliver training solutions, conduct workshops and other initiatives to support the development and growth of employees, particularly in the Credit Acquisition department, and to achieve department objectives.
The position is responsible for conducting various quality control (QC) tests for Credit Acquisition Division. The QC tests should be consistently carried out regularly using samples taken for the testing period. The reporting of results should be timely, clear and accurate, having relevant feedback that will lead to improved quality, lower operations cost (less rework) and higher customer satisfaction.
The position is responsible for ensuring that the tests are always updated with the current policies and procedures. New tests must be recommended and created, as risks to the business are identified.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in credit acquisition; preferably handling quality assurance and training
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
