Department – Unit: Sales, Alliances and Other Channels Group

Responsibilities

The position is responsible in growing the card acquisition business in the assigned area. The jobholders should be able to utilize all programs and sales channels available such as but not limited to the Metrobank Branches and other units of Metorbank outside the National Branch Banking Sector (NBBS), PSBank Branches, In-House agencies and own sourced applications.

Apart from building relationships, the jobholder should be able to manage their assigned agencies and spot opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business or marketing course
• At least 2 years in sales management as officer, preferably card or banking products
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knows how to drive and has experience in area sales assignment especially in Metro Manila area
• Willing to go on fieldwork and move around various areas within Davao and nearby regions
• Has at least 1-year solid experience resolving customer complaints
