Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the development and implementation of talent acquisition & manpower strategies to support the current and planned headcount requirements of the business. This includes sourcing strategies, employer brand and application of recruiting trends to identify effective and most efficient ways to recruit talents internally and externally.
This position is also responsible for all employee movements and the tools that properly facilitate the process to support seamless operations of the business.
Span of Control
Sr. Recruitment Officers (M2); Recruitment Officers (M1); 1 Recruitment Specialist (C4)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or related discipline / relevant work-related experience
- Has 7-10 years in experience in recruitment and sourcing
- Experience in financial industry & contact center management is preferred
- Experience in headhunting or executive search is an advantage
- Has at least 7 years people management experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related experience / training in management
- Proven experience in MIS & analytics for decision-making, and/or process improvement
- Has an extensive exposure in sourcing and relationship building with association/professional memberships, academe groups, headhunters and service providers
- Capable of working well under pressure. Excellent professional demeanor and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Knowledgeable in Phil. Labor Code and employment practices
- Must have experience in project/account management and policy making
