Department – Unit: Collections & Recoveries

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Business Support and Services Manager maintain close ties with merchants with a view of growing the relationship and ensuring billing levels are maintained. The role will also include elements of merchant customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in merchant relationship from a credit card company or any financial institution is an advantage
• Office and file management experience is an advantage
• Willing to do field work within Metro Manila and provinces
