Responsibilities

The position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, cash compensation and cash-related benefits to employees. The position is in charge of the executive payroll and benefits administration.

Span of Control

No direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course
  • At least 5 years experience in handling Payroll with vast knowledge on the different Human Resource functions specifically on C&B processes and administration
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial accounting is an advantage
  • Adept in performing mathematical computations
  • Knowledge of basic labor laws a must
  • CPA license is an advantage
  • Well versed in preparing policies, and documenting procedures and service level agreements
  • Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
