Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, cash compensation and cash-related benefits to employees. The position is in charge of the executive payroll and benefits administration.
Span of Control
No direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course
- At least 5 years experience in handling Payroll with vast knowledge on the different Human Resource functions specifically on C&B processes and administration
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial accounting is an advantage
- Adept in performing mathematical computations
- Knowledge of basic labor laws a must
- CPA license is an advantage
- Well versed in preparing policies, and documenting procedures and service level agreements
- Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
