Department – Unit: Authorizations, Fraud and Chargeback

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for identifying potential fraudulent transactions on cardholder accounts, validating suspicious transactions with the cardholder, and prevents additional suspicious transactions while ensuring that the high level of customer service is maintained when interacting with the customer. The position is also responsible for analyzing and providing sound disposition on possible fraud cases endorsed by other units. The function includes securing necessary information, preparing reports, and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on Cardlink application is an advantage
• Experience in fraud management from a bank or credit card company is an advantage
