Department – Unit: Authorizations, Fraud and Chargeback

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all MCC cardholders’ complaints on questionable, unrecognized and unauthorized transactions are properly investigated, resolved efficiently and processed accurately based on the VISA and Mastercard guidelines.
• Conducts end-to-end processing of the disputes in coordination with the cardholders, merchants, acquiring banks and the scheme.
• Oversees and manages the Issuing Chargeback Team.
• Prepares and implements of the UAT plans in connection with the Issuing Chargeback Unit.
• Generates and maintains the MIS data for the entire Chargeback team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• At least 2 years of experience as an officer or manager in chargeback or dispute resolution from a financial institution
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Prime, and different segments of the credit card business
• Experience in handling a team is an advantage
