Department – Unit: Credit Card Sales, Alliances & Other Channels

Responsibilities

The jobholder is primarily to ensure the achievement of targets for new cards sales, assigned card billings/usages, cross selling of related products, saving of cards for cancellation and generating revenue opportunities for the business. The jobholder should also oversee the proper management of the sales channels ensuring efficiencies, cost management/savings, satisfactory credit quality and compliance to Philippine Law and other regulations.

  7. Sr. Sales Governance Manager

Requirements

  • Has at least 15 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, business development and other related functions in the credit card or banking environment
  • Strong knowledge of credit card operation metrics and financial drivers
  • Must have at least 13 years experience in leading Senior Officers as direct reports and managing teams
  • Adept with banking laws, regulatory requirements and industry practices
