Department – Unit: Collections & Recoveries

Responsibilities

The jobholder manages the Back Office unit of Collections. He/she formulates strategies and procedures to meet the administrative requirements of the department. He/she acts as the main contact person of Metrobank Group in relation, but not limited to, employee cards and deposit set-off process for secured and unsecured accounts.

The jobholder is also tasked to develop automated systems and streamline end-to-end procedures to reduce FTE requirements and costs of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
  • 3-4 years of collections experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge on other software application package such as MS Visio or MS Project is an advantage
  • Knowledge on collection system is an advantage
  • Office and file management experience is an advantage
