Department – Unit: Card Operations

Responsibilities

The function is primarily responsible to perform with accuracy and integrity the Prepaid Cards back-end functions / processing, and prepare management reports.

He/she is also responsible for monitoring service providers’ compliance to set minimum risk and control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college/university
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in bank or credit card operations processes as officer/manager
• With experience as bank branch cashier or as Senior Teller (preferably with exposure payment machine processes and in card production, statement printing, transaction processing, merchant fulfillment). Knowledge and familiarity with Cardlink / PRIME or similar credit card systems is highly preferred.
• Has experience as conducting quality check, analysis and worked with various types of data and statistical information, and generated different reports accordingly.
