Department – Unit: Customer Service - Fulfillment

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for responding and attending to correspondences or requests sent via e-mail, chat, or social media post and other internal applications like CRM, and fulfilling, processing or resolving requests contained therein within set standards while providing feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven good to excellent comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in dealing with external customers , via phone and email correspondence is an advantage.
  • Willing to extend hours, rotating work shifts on weekends and holidays
