How do I register to Mobile SOA?
Please call our Customer Service Hotline at 88-700-700 to register your account in our Mobile SOA facility. If you are calling outside Metro Manila, you may call our Domestic Toll Free Hotline using a PLDT line at 1-800-1888-5775.
Will I stop receiving my paper statement of account if I am enrolled to Mobile SOA?
Cardholders who are receiving their Paper SOA are automatically enrolled to this facility and can expect their Mobile SOA beginning their August 2020 statements. Please note that printed or paper statement deliveries will only be available until the cardholders’ September 2020 statement cycles. A notification was also sent via SMS.
I received an SMS from MB_CARD_SOA is this legitimate?
Yes. Cardholders who are receiving their Paper SOA are automatically enrolled in our Mobile SOA facility which allows you to conveniently access your electronic statement of account anytime, anywhere. Just click the secured personalized link sent via SMS.
Who is the SMS sender of Mobile SOA?
Mobile SOA SMS will be sent using SMS Originator: MB_CARD_SOA.
Is enrollment to Mobile SOA free of charge?
Enrollment to Mobile SOA is free. Please take note however, that regular browsing data/internet rate applies when you access the Mobile SOA Microsite.
There are SMS phishing circulating, how can I ensure that I am accessing the legitimate site?
Please ensure to check the sender of the SMS to help you determine the validity of the message. Mobile SOA SMS will be sent using SMS Originator: MB_CARD_SOA. This will allow you to view your statement of account details but will not require you to provide other account related information such your credit card number, mobile number, CVV/CVC, etc.
How soon can I view my statement of account via Mobile SOA?
Mobile SOA link will be sent to you after the generation of your statement of account. The link is available for 3 months for your reference.
Why can I no longer access my statement of account via Mobile SOA?
Please be advised that the Mobile SOA link will only be available for 3 months from the date of receipt.
What is the difference between Load More and Next button?
Click Load More button to view complete information and Next button to view the next page. For instance, once you have successfully accessed your Mobile SOA, it will first display the statement account reminder. To view the payment reminder, table of fees and charges and payment channels, please click Load More. Otherwise, you may click the Next button to view your statement transaction details.
Why is the posting date in the Mobile SOA different from the MSOA/statement of account that I received?
The details of your Statement of Account in the Mobile SOA is the same as your paper Statement of Account. Note that the dates specified in the Mobile SOA are your transaction dates. Your paper SOA shows both the transaction and post dates.
The transaction date is based on the date you made the transaction, while the posting date is based on the date that the merchant presented your transaction to the bank, which is ideally 1-5 days from your transaction date.
I accidentally deleted the SMS for the Mobile SOA can I request for the resending of the link?
