Department – Unit: Credit Card Sales, Alliances and Other Channels

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for improving the competencies of the Sales teams by creating, developing and applying instructional design principles to training projects. The jobholder shall act as a conduit between Sales and Human Resources who oversees and enhances the whole sales organization through its training and development needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college/university
  • Experience in Sales Operations a must: Field Sales role or support role
  • 3-4 years of experience in facilitating Soft Skills and Technical Skills programs
  • 3-4 years of exposure to Training Cycle - Development of Assessment tools, Root cause analysis, instructional designing, etc
  • Has an understanding of the different segments of the credit card business and the capacity to relate unit’s operations and performance metrics to the overall business of the company
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
